Expert Selection, Preparation, and Support

We draw on our internal team and identify external experts when needed to meet the needs of your case. We also ensure that every expert we provide goes through our expert witness preparation and is aided by our talented support staff:

• Resident Experts: We have developed a team of experts that have demonstrated a high level of competence in their fields and the capability to communicate persuasively. We will provide an analytic team that provides the skills required in a cost effective way. The team will include lower cost data preparation and document preparation members to complement the testifying experts.

• Expert Location: If your engagement requires skills outside our resident experts, we will search, at no charge, through our network and in academia for experts with that skill.

• Expert Training: Our resident experts, and any outside experts identified to meet your specific needs, will receive training and ongoing coaching by Aegis to ensure that they can provide effective expert witness services in your case.

• Expert Support: In addition to training and ongoing coaching, Aegis provides support to all experts working on your case. Among the support services we provide are: data recovery;data preparation; database design and management; big data analysis; development of custom computer programs implementing statistical, probability, finance, econometric and engineering algorithms; report drafting and production; survey design and implementation; demographic research; labor market research; construction and analysis of geocoded data; design and production of state-of-the-art courtroom exhibits; etc.
